The information below details how we collect personal data when our website is used.

In principle, we process personal data only where this is required in order to provide a functional website and the content and services we offer. Your personal data are erased or blocked as soon as the intended purpose for storing them ceases to exist. Personal data may also be stored if this is set out by national or €pean regulations to which we are subject. The data shall then be blocked or erased in this case once the storage period set out in the relevant regulations has expired. The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about our company"s products and services and to offer users the opportunity to get directly in touch with our in-house focal points.

Processing of personal data where our website is used for informational purposes

If you access our website without registering or otherwise supplying us with information ("usage for informational purposes"), we will collect only the personal data that your web browser transfers to our servers. If you wish to view our website, we will collect the following data that we require for technical purposes in order to be able to display our website to you and ensure stability and security:

The aforementioned data will also be stored in log files on our servers. Such data will not be stored together with other personal data of yours. We need to collect and temporarily store the IP address in order to enable our website to be displayed on your end device. For this to happen, your IP address needs to be stored for the duration of the time that you spend on our website. Storage in log files ensures that our website functions properly and is optimized and also ensures the security of our technical information systems. Such data will not be analyzed for marketing purposes.

IP addresses are therefore stored in anonymized format, whereby the last three digits are removed, for example 127.0.0.1 would become 127.0.0.*. IPv6 addresses are also anonymized. The anonymized IP addresses are stored for 60 days.

The legal basis for this data processing is set out in article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our "interest" within the meaning of article 6(1)(f) is the operation of this website and the realization of the protection goals of confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.

Our website features a contact form that you can use to request information regarding our products or more generally to get in touch with us. In addition to the optional details and the content of your message, we request the following information from you:

Inquiries received via the contact form on our website are usually stored in our CRM system. The CRM system is regularly checked to see if data can be erased. In the event that data are no longer required as part of customer or prospective customer relations or their retention is outweighed by a conflicting interest of the customer, we will erase the data in question, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain them that oppose this.
